As the brokerage and consulting community continues to bifurcate into small, local firms with limited resources and massive behemoths with limited flexibility, our founders wondered, “What if there is a better way…”

Our founders both worked in leadership roles in regional and global firms for over twenty years while “touching” the full spectrum of account management, sales leadership, and operations from perspectives including ownership and officer responsibilities in regional/national insurers, local brokers, med-tech, and global consultancy.
